TEAM ADVANCES TO OBA'S IN WELLAND
On Saturday the Titans mosquito major green team hosted Tecumseh mixed B team in a OBA playdown game. The Titans won in 5 innings 10-0 due to a strong pitching performance from Jonas Leclair, throwing all 5 innings of one hit ball with 12 K's and no walks. Offensively, the team had 8 hits with Brady Seguin starting things off with a triple and taking a early 2-0 lead. The second inning saw the team score 8 runs with Dane Thompson leading things off with a single up the middle. Ben Bresolin had 3 hits in the contest. The team will now head off to Welland for OBA's on Labour Day weekend.
