Congratulations to the Rookie Major Gold team for their 3rd consecutive tournament win! The boys were victorious against Brampton, Mississauga North (2X), Sarnia (Semi-Finals) and Cambridge (Finals). Next up for the Titans is the Green and Gold Classic in Lasalle during the Civic Holiday weekend, with 9 AA/AAA teams travelling down from London and the GTA to compete. Hard work in practice is starting to pay off, as the boys have already grown a ton in the mental area of the game. They hope to continue the upward trend as they move closer to the ultimate goal of being Provincial Champions...
Keep up the good work boys!

The coaches would like to recognize the boys for their second straight tournament weekend championship! Worry-free weather on the beautiful diamonds at Optimist Park in Tecumseh, the Rookie Major Gold Titans pulled out another first place finish. After round-robin wins versus Brampton, Walker and Tecumseh; the boys fought hard against a good Sarnia Braves team in the Semis and came away with a 13-5 win. Facing another good Waterloo team in the Finals, the boys rallied from a 3-0 deficit and locked it down the rest of the way, for a 14-3 victory!
Great job boys!

Congratulations to the Rookie Major Gold boys on a hard-fought weekend tournament win up in Mississauga North. The Titans went through the Round-Robin with victories versus Oshawa, Mississauga North and Barrie. Due to weather concerns, the Semi-Final was pushed up a half hour, and resulted in tightly fought contest vs Kitchener, and a Titans victory. The Final began almost immediately afterwards, as the rain was moving in quickly... The boys went against an excellent Mississauga Southwest Twins team in a see-saw battle. Down 9-4 in the bottom of the fourth inning, the Titans scored 6 runs in the bottom of the fourth to come ahead victorious with 10-9 win in 5 innings, as the skies opened up, and the field became unplayable.
