Squirt - Yetman, 2014, Athletics (Turtle Club Baseball and Softball)

The LA Squirt 03's took the Bronze Medal in the 2014 PWSA Provincial Grands Squirt B Division.

The LA Squirt 03's played in their annual Cougars vs Cubs game this weekend. It was apparent from the beginning that the Pink Cougars had been training hard in the off season and wanted to teach the Cubs a lesson again this year.

The LA Squirt 03's had a great weekend in Niagara Falls going 5 and 1 to take the Bronze Medal.

On Saturday, June 14, 2014 the 10U LaSalle Athletics team got the chance to experience the game of softball as they never have before, and showed themselves to be true leaders and caring young ladies.  The girls volunteered their time as "buddies" to some very special athletes during the Amherstburg Miracle League games.  The experience reminded our girls how lucky they are to play softball at the level they do and what it means to love what you do and strive to be your best no matter the odds.  As a coach and a parent I am proud of the level of maturity, compassion, and spirit that our young ...

The LaSalle Athletics Squirt / 10U team started off the season very well finishing 2nd in the NSA Friendship games in Richmond, Michigan over the May 9th-11th weekend. The team was undefeated until the Finals and finished the weekend with a 5 & 1 record. They mercied their first four opponents before a tough 8-7 win in the semi-finals. Highlights of the weekend were the team's pitching led by Morgan Maxey and Brianna Carson and a great job by their catchers Emily Learn and Kaelyn Batten.
