2013 Ontario Cup Tournament

The Ontario Cup is the start of the selection process that determines the players that comprise the Ontario Youth Team which represents Ontario at the 2013 Canada Games.

Date and Location:
Vaughan Grove Sports Complex May 24-26. All players must be prepared to participate all day Friday, all day Saturday and all day Sunday.

Registration:
Players register individually for this event. Online registration is now open. The fee for 2013 is $100.00.

Eligibility:
Only players registered with a recognized Baseball Ontario program, including a PBLO program, are eligible to participate in the Ontario Cup Tournament. This is a 17U tournament, and birth dates go by the calendar year.

Refund Policy:
Your entry fee includes a non-refundable deposit of $50. Cancellations received prior to the close of business on the day prior to the start date for the Ontario Cup will be refunded less the non-refundable fee. After that no refunds will be issued.

Schedule:
Every effort will be made to play a full schedule. The schedule may be altered or shortened to compensate for inclement weather, and no refunds will be offered.  Detailed schedule to be posted. Schedule is subject to change.

If the entire event needs to be rescheduled for any reason, you will be notified by email of the change(s) and the same refund policy will apply.

Meals & Accommodation:
All participants are responsible for their own meals and accommodation.
