LaSalle Squirt Gold 2009 Qualifies for A Bracket
The 2009 LaSalle Athletic Gold Squirt Team had a great Tournament and Finals Game at the Provincial Qualifiers which took place
in Corunna.
The final game in the tournament was a battle between the 2 top teams in the province and the game did not disappoint. The Gold Team lost the game 0-1 to Oakville, who is the top team in the province, however they still took home the Silver Medal at the tournament. With this superb showing at Qualifiers, the LaSalle Athletics Squirt Gold 2009 team qualified for the top A bracket, and now hope to get another shot at winning gold in the Provincials set to take place at Mic Mac Park Aug 12-14.
The coaches and fans were highly impressed with the battle between these 2 great teams.
