Mosquito U11 (McAllister), 2023 Season, Selects (Turtle Club Baseball and Softball)

The Mosquito Selects came into this tournament with a determined focus. Team bats were on fire and pitching performance was outstanding, with all 12 players showcasing their pitching skills. The team played hard in the Championship game and captured their 2nd tournament win of the year. Great job and good luck at the OBAs in a few weeks!

The Mosquito Selects were riding high entering this second tournament of the year. Mother Nature was again a factor, but the tournament went on as scheduled. The Selects found themselves in second place with a 2-0-1 record after the round robin. The Selects lost a hard-fought game taking them to the consolation Championship game Sunday afternoon. The boys brought their A-game and finished the tournament as the consolation Champions!

On Canada Day weekend, the Mosquito Selects entered their first tournament of the year.  Undefeated in the pool play, they came ready to play their semi-final game on Sunday, however mother nature had other plans and rain postponed the tournament. On July 10, the Selects played their semi-final game and earned a spot in the August 1 Championship. With grit and determination, the team battled back after finding themselves down in the game, making a miraculous comeback and earning their first tournament win. Congratulations Boys!!!!!
