Mosquito Major T2 Wins WSC Tournament
Congratulations to our Mosquito Major T2 Team for winning the WSC Tournament this past weekend!

The Titans went into Sunday 2-1 needing to beat Stoney Creek to go to the finals and would have to beat Windsor South twice to win the tournament.

After a slow start due to some defensive struggles, Adam Diotte came in to pitch and shut them down long enough for our bats to get going. The boys came back to win 9-8.

We moved on to game 1 of the finals, where Colin Diotte hit a home run that cleared 2 fences. This ignited our offense, and the boys never looked back after that. After being down 10-3 early in the game, they bounced back to win 15-13.

Game 2 featured a great pitching performance from Carter Wilson and some stellar defense from the entire team, in particular Alex Pace. The bats got going and didn't stop. The Titans won the final 12-2.

This was a total team effort. No one player carried this team. It should be mentioned that Alex Stresman, Michael Gibb, Lucas Beadow, Liam Baranovski, Elliott Sohler, James Casey, Marcus Brown, and Eric Griesinger all played key roles in winning this past weekend.

A special thanks goes out to Helen Bakker, Don Beadow, Don Brown, and Shawn Diotte for all their hard work this season.
