THE CANADIAN
BASEBALL NETWORK RECENTLY RAN THE FOLLOWING ARTICLE ON TITANS ALUMNI NOAH
RENAUD. (A great inspiration for our young ball-players)
Noah began
playing baseball for the Turtle Club at the junior tee-ball level when he was 4
or 5 years old. He continued with the Turtle club and later the Titans until he
was 16 years old before moving on to the Windsor Selects where he still plays
summer ball. He was recently featured in a story by the Canadian Baseball
Network, after being recognized by the NJCAA as one of the top incoming
freshman in the Northern District as he gets set to officially begin his
collegiate career.
His team Indian Hills will kick off their season with trips to Kansas, Oklahoma Texas and Missouri. Noah attributes his love for the game to those days when he was playing baseball on the fields of LaSalle, and practicing with his teammates in the gym at Villanova during the winter. During the off season Noah can still often be found working on his game at Villanova high school.
OF Noah Renaud (Amherstburg, Ont.) was named one of the top incoming freshmen in the Northern District of NJCAA DI play heading into the Feb. 3 opener against the Colby Trojans.

Years ago a college coach explained what happens on college campuses in the autumn ... when fall ball is played.
“One of two things can happen,” said the coach.
“Players can fall down ... go boom ... and never get up.
“Others can take advantage of an opportunity and set the stage for the spring ... maybe like the rise part in the The Rise and Fall of the Roman Empire. Ground is won and never relinquished.”
OF Noah Renaud (Amherstburg, Ont.) joined the Indian Hills Community College Warriors and he made the best of his chance last fall.
Renaud started most games in center field against four-year NAIA schools and Junior Colleges in the Iowa-Missouri area.
He hit .471 with two doubles, four triples and a homer. He had a .584 on-base mark, slugged .725 in 70 plate appearances. On scout day he ran two 6.5 60-yard dashes.
All of which earned Renaud Top Incoming Freshmen Northern District in NJCAA DI. He was the only Canadian of the 40 freshmen so designated in the district.
