“In a thrilling win, the Turtle Club Rookie Select Team defeated Forest Glade Rookie Select on Saturday, June 10th, by a score of 13-11. TC stormed out to an early lead, only to see Forest Glade battle hard to stay in it. Tarek Gereige’s big bat lead TC on offense with an in-the-park home run, the first for the team this year. On defense, Marcus Brown’s stellar play behind the plate lead to a tag out at home in the top of the 7th to stall Forest’s Glade’s rally in its tracks.
