Titans Punch ticket to OBA "A" Championships in London
The Titans finally put away a much improved Tecumseh Ranger team with a season ending; ticket punching; playdown clinching catch by BB.
The game went back and forth for 6 innings until T-Ray hit a 2 out, 2 strike, 2 run double in the top of the 7th and eventually scored to put the Titans up 11 to 7.
The lead was more than enough for Miller Time who no hit the Rangers for more than 3 innings in relief of Shades, who had his second consecutive great start against Tecumseh.
Shades and AC each had 3 hits for the Titans with Miggy, T-Ray, Pizza Man, BB and Fordy chipping in with 2 hits each.
Defensively BB was B-Money with his catch in the 7th and another that he turned into a double play. Boey, who played even though he was sick, caught all 7 innings and gunned another runner trying to steal second.
Congrats to all the boys who have had a great season and should be considered champions regardless of the outcome in London for their heart, unselfish play and teamwork.
