The LaSalle
Athletics 15U Gold team was in Canton Michigan over the weekend to attend the
USSSA Summer Slam final tournament before our upcoming Ontario Grand
Championships.
For the second time in tournament play the girls went a perfect 7-0 on the weekend, outscoring their opponents 58 – 18 on their championship run. The team put on an amazing display on defence, and a show offensively for those in attendance. The girls battled through a long and hot 4 game Sunday to win the Gold. Our Pitchers were dialed in throughout the whole tournament never letting up through the 7-0 campaign.
The Coaches would like to Congratulate the team on their success over the weekend and for the continued support from our Athletics fans and family members.
