When
a group of girls come together with a belief, and willing to put in many, many
hours of hard work to pursue a dream, anything is possible.
Our special group of hard working, respectful, talented, fair playing young ladies went into an elite tournament and brought everything that they have learned, their hearts, and courage to play very high level ball. 7 games in 2 days of thrills, mashing the ball, great defense, and pitching to become Finalists (Silver) and earn a birth/invite into the National Softball World Series. This takes our Stateside record to 15-2!
As a parent and as a Coach, I am honoured and proud to be a part of such a wonderful group of girls, parents, and fellow coaches. This is truly a special group and the memories will be for a lifetime.
A special thanks to our parents for allowing myself and coaching staff to work the girls as hard as we have. We have firmly planted ourselves into that "next level". To Coaches; Dan, Brian, Joe, and Jeff; this is our vision, our dream that we are witnessing coming to fruition. You all have my respect and thanks for making this work.
It truly was an exceptional weekend.
